A little bit about me.
I am a lifelong student of movement, often describing movement as my first and most fluent language. With over 35 years of experience teaching dance and another dozen years teaching yoga in the Lehigh Valley, I bring both my passion for and deep knowledge of movement to every class. Trained originally at The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem (200- and 300-hour YTT), I have also completed extensive studies in functional anatomy, injury prevention and recovery, trauma sensitive yoga and yoga philosophy. My classes are known for their flowing, inventive sequences that inspire students to explore new possibilities in body and mind. I place a high priority on creating a truly welcoming space where every practitioner can build strength, mobility, and resilience—while connecting more deeply to their own human, embodied experience.
When not practicing, studying or reading about yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, or physiology, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, gardening, cooking (I do make the best matzo ball soup in PA), traveling, watching a good tv series with my husband, or reading historical, fantasy or dystopian fiction.
